Job Description As a Senior Administrative Assistant to the Senior Vice President (SVP) and Vice President (VP), you will play a pivotal role in helping to streamline high-impact initiatives while providing top-tier executive support. You will assist with managing key projects, acting as a liaison across different departments, and ensuring the smooth execution of the organization's strategic goals. This role requires an in-office presence. The candidate must reside in CA, OR or WA. Key Responsibilities Executive Support: Provide direct support to the SVP and VP, managing schedules, preparing meeting agendas, and organizing logistics for internal and external meetings. Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate special projects related to healthcare data processing and platform management, including cross-functional collaboration across engineering, analytics, and healthcare teams. Data-Driven Insights: Assist in preparing sensitive data and analysis for executive meetings and discussions, ensuring that leadership is informed with accurate and relevant healthcare data. Confidential Information Management: Handle confidential and highly critical information with discretion, preparing materials for presentations, strategy sessions, and executive-level decision-making. Operational Efficiency: Participate in task forces and operational initiatives that aim to improve productivity and enhance the efficiency of the Oracle Health Data Intelligence platform. This includes equipment management, training on new policies, and overseeing the creation of administrative manuals. Process Improvement: Proactively identify areas where processes can be streamlined, working independently to propose and implement innovative solutions to increase productivity. Relationship Management: Liaise with internal teams (HR, engineering, analytics) and external stakeholders (healthcare providers, regulatory bodies) to gather and consolidate information for reports, project updates, and strategy discussions. Technology Proficiency: Utilize advanced MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Oracle tools to support project tracking, data analysis, and presentation preparation. You will also use data visualization and reporting tools to assist the leadership in making data-driven decisions. Career Level - IC1 Responsibilities Qualifications: 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience, including managing complex schedules, leading special projects, and preparing high-level presentations. Proven ability to support senior executives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools. Excellent judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. This role requires an in-office presence. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $27.02 to $54.13 per hour; from $56,200 to $112,600 per annum.
