Job DescriptionEducation and Experience: Minimum:
- Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of five years of relevant direct work and management experience.
- Prefer previous role in Manufacturing environment with Information Technology experience in Server Infrastructure
Preferred:
- Prefer previous role in Manufacturing environment with Information Technology experience in Server Infrastructure
- Prefer experience working in a large distributed environment of a global nature.
- Certifications: CCNA, CISSP, MCSA, ITIL
- Prefer bilingual incumbent, be able to speak, read and write in English and Spanish
Skill/ knowledge requirements:
- Provides technical expertise and guidance to staff as appropriate.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments with high quality and on-time completion.
- Bilingual ability (speak, read, and write), English/Spanish to support both Mexico and USA sites.
Business/Technical Knowledge:
- Five years experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide infrastructure services to include servers, software services, storage, backup, patching, monitoring, and business continuity.
- Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments.
- Excellent knowledge of current protocols and standards, including Active Directory, Group Policies, Linux security, Cloud security, SAN, Virtualization, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Patching and Monitoring.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware such as servers, SAN devices, routers, bridges, switches, hubs, network interface cards, and other IT equipment.
- Knowledge and understanding of system flow charts, data processing concepts, and telecommunications principles.
- Experience with VMWare/ESXi, Nutanix, Lenovo servers, Endpoint Management Systems, Enterprise Backup Software.

- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally. Primarily in North America (Mexico and USA)
- Must be able to work flexible work schedule and be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, etc. if/when business requires.
- Medium physical activity - ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- High level of initiative and works well in team environment.
- Able to manage stressful situations and deadline pressures.
- Plans and executes responsibilities with minimal direction
