As a Senior AEM Developer, you will not only be a hands-on technical expert but also a leader, guiding and mentoring a team of developers. You'll have a deep understanding of AEM as a Cloud Service, and you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of AEM projects, from design to deployment.
Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
- Lead a team of AEM developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest AEM technologies and trends, sharing knowledge with the team.
Project Delivery:
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of AEM solutions.
- Coordinate with other teams, such as QA and DevOps, to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex AEM-related issues.
Client Relationship Management:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Manage client expectations and ensure project deliverables meet their needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AEM development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
- Strong understanding of AEM as a Cloud Service architecture and deployment processes.
- Expertise in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with AEM development tools, such as Maven, Git, and Eclipse.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Adobe Cloud Manager.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- AEM certifications.

Location: Remote
Salary range: $130k-$150k
The starting salary will match the skills and experience in the role assessed during the interview process.
