THE TEAM

Within our Amazon Business Unit, you will be a strategic biddable media expert, who will be client-facing, partner-facing, and seen as an internal expert for brainstorming future-proof ad tech solutions that drive client value and solve/automate internal workflow challenges.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Analyst within our Amazon Business Unit, you will oversee strategy and day-to-day implementation across the Amazon Program, leading project management and many aspects of program management and innovation. You will use data-driven insights, Kepler's unique best practices, and your own creativity to design, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. You'll need outstanding problem-solving skills, strong technical aptitude, an instinct to use data, and great communication skills to excel.

The role offers opportunities to expand beyond day-to-day campaign management to materially impact business operations, gain exposure to P&L management, forecasting, and business development - particularly on the Amazon unit.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of complex 145+ client Amazon programs through effective delegation and process innovation/enforcement.
  • Act as a point of contact for Amazon program leads across Amazon Sponsored Ads and support across our Amazon DSP efforts.
  • Refine your expertise in leveraging other digital media channels for maximum impact – while focusing on Amazon Advertising, there will be exposure to social (Facebook, Twitter), video everywhere (Advanced TV: YouTube, Hulu, TV Networks, FireTV, Roku, etc.), programmatic media via DSPs (audio, display/native, Digital Out of Home/DOOH, etc.), (SEM/PPC: Google, Bing, etc.).
  • Partner with clients to understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and competitive constraints.
  • Work closely with various client and internal teams to design and execute sophisticated programs that deliver breakthrough client results.
  • Execute and monitor all aspects of campaign setup; measure performance using sophisticated data analysis.
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly, and annual client insights and strategy reports; contribute to all aspects of ongoing program analysis.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2+ years of experience with Amazon search advertising is required.
  • Knowledge of the Amazon Advertising ecosystem, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Preferred experience with client and account management.
  • Experience with people management.
  • Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong ability to create and build relationships.
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay close attention to details.
  • Ability to contribute to fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment.

Total Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $70,000 - $84,000.
  • Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus: 5% ($3,500 - $4,200).
  • Target Total Cash: $73,500 - $88,200.
