They serve over 400 customers across the educational, commercial, industrial, utility, and municipal sectors. They manage more than 1.1GW of distributed energy resources in 28 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and Canada. Their solutions include on- and off-site solar, energy storage, EV solutions, and energy efficiency upgrades and retrofits.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare financial models for capital market fundraising activities and acquisition financing opportunities.
- Support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of project financing using various structures, including tax equity transactions and debt.
- Prepare periodic reports for management reporting, policy compliance, and performance evaluation.
- Assist in annual rating agency review processes, including ad-hoc communication to provide business updates.
- Identify and monitor financial risks within the business and recommend strategies to mitigate exposures.
- Prepare presentations for investors and lenders, analyze proposals, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a timely closing process.
- Support strategic corporate initiatives involving senior management.
- Conduct special projects as required.

Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
- Strong passion and experience in renewable energy development.
- 1 2 years of relevant industry experience in project finance, leveraged finance, M&A, or renewable energy business development.
- Experience in detailed financial modeling of tax equity and debt transactions and valuation of relevant companies and markets.
- Graduate or undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
