**Position Summary:**
As the FP&A Medicare Finance Local Market Senior Analyst, you will work closely with the Medicare Finance Lead Directors to analyze financial results, help to identify variance drivers, and aid in the communication of performance to the Chief Medicare Officers. In this role, you support the Lead Director to gather insights into business performance and help to administer strategic initiatives to drive financial outcomes.
You will accomplish this by:
+ Supporting in-depth financial analysis to understand performance variance drivers impacting revenue, benefit costs and SG&A including, but not limited to, risk adjusted revenue, SAIs & mitigation items, value-based contract arrangements, provider liabilities, utilization, and provider unit cost
+ Assisting with month-end reporting for the local markets including Membership, Revenue, and Operating Income
+ Helping to identify and working to implement best practices across the Local Markets.
+ Assisting with assigned projects to aid in achieving intended financial outcomes and ensure deadlines are hit
+ Helping with the consolidation of input from various business partners to provide insights into forecasting and budgeting, while also supporting short and long-term strategies for Local Market Finance Lead Directors to achieve operational and financial objectives
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 3 or more years of financial planning & analysis experience
+ 1 or more years of experience working in Microsoft Office suite of products
+ Willingness to travel up to 10% (including air travel)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Medicare Experience
**Education:**
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; equivalent work experience may substitute.
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
