SummaryThe qualified team member will be responsible for provind detailed financial and operational analysis to support the decision making process within a poultry processing plant. This role involves analyzing production data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

- Collect and analyze production data, including costs, yields, and efficiency metrics specific to poultry processing to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare and present financial reports, staffing budgets, variance analyses, and performance summaries
- Collaborate with plant management to develop and implement strategies that optimize poultry processing and reduce costs
- Track key performance indicators related to poultry processing and provide insights to improve poultry operations
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains in poultry processing
- Lead or participate in special projects aimed at improving plant performance and profitability
- Will work closely with plant management to develop strategies and implement solutions tat drive opearational excellence in poultry processing.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's Degree Preferred or previous experience in poultry plant analysis
- Extensive experience in poultry production and operations management
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems

- Microsoft Office skills with an expert focus on Excel.
