You will develop data analysis and reports to measure and inform Pick6 initiatives and use those insights to guide business decisions. Through cross-functional collaboration and inventive metrics building, you will enable teams across our organization to make smarter, better, and faster decisions.What you'll do as a Senior Analyst
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, and Developers, to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement of our Pick6 product.
  • Build and maintain a reporting suite to support critical initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to track key product performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Design experiments and generate learnings through data analysis to create alignment with key stakeholders on operational improvements and long-term pricing strategy.
  • Develop frameworks for measuring and evaluating the success of key operational metrics.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis on large and complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Implement robust user journey tracking methodologies to gain a deep understanding of user behavior and identify areas for improvement in the user experience.
What you'll bring
  • 4+ years of business analytics, product analytics, or a related field.
  • Ability to take complicated problems and build simple frameworks.
  • Comfortable presenting complicated data views to cross-functional audiences and senior leadership.
  • Expertise in SQL/Snowflake and Excel.
  • Experience with R, Python, or statistical programming languages is considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tool.
  • Knowledge of statistics and hypotheses testing. Model building experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.

Don't worry, we'll guide you through the process if this is relevant to your role.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,080.00 - $141,120.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
