THE OPPORTUNITY AT HAND

The Senior Analyst in Revenue Cycle Operations plays a pivotal role in the success of the organization by delivering data-driven insights, improving processes, and offering strategic guidance to enhance revenue growth and operational effectiveness. This position requires collaborative efforts across all departments to refine the entire revenue cycle.

OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU

  • Analyze and interpret historical and current data to identify trends and opportunities to maximize revenue attainment.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
  • Identify process inefficiencies in the end-to-end billing process. Develop strategies that create visibility to the issues and track change management over time.
  • Track and measure the implementation and execution of key strategic initiatives and identified special projects.
  • Supports numerous departments within the revenue cycle, providing analytics that identify and ensure proper asset details are updated in the appropriate systems.
  • Develop informative metrics that drive improvement of service levels, internal processes, and customer support methodology.
  • Support the reporting needs of the revenue cycle group.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor s degree in business management or a related field
  • At least 5 years as a Analyst in Finance or similar field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle
  • DOMO and NextGen experience a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
