Your Opportunity as the Senior Analyst, VMI - This role will serve as the buyer for retail customers across various channels, managing a daily process to analyze data to effectively monitor and replenish customer inventory. This includes forecasting, creating purchase orders, reporting, and problem solving. You will work with internal and external partners to meet customer needs and make decisions in the best interest of both the customer and Smucker. This position requires an individual to be both highly personable to handle customer interaction, as well as detail-oriented and analytical to execute against goals. Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices. Work Arrangements: Hybrid, 30% in office expectations. In this role you will: Review customer inventory levels daily and generate purchase orders as needed to fulfill demand and minimize retail lost sales.
