And the people who answer it are fulfilled.The Sr Analyst, Workforce Analytics & Insights will serve as an implementation partner to the Director Workforce Analytics & Insights, leveraging people data to build and maintain people data, reporting and dashboards for all people-related programs. They will have the opportunity to build scalable and self-service solutions, automate the delivery of insights, and enable our People team to better leverage data in day-to-day activities.
***This is a remote position that can be home based anywhere in the United States.***MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES- Data Integration and Alignment: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that people data is integrated into key organizational strategies and initiatives, aligning HR priorities with overall business objectives. Works closely with People Technology team in creating and maintaining data, reporting, dashboards, etc. including identifying and closing data gaps and needs in order to provide insights to leadership.
- Solution Development: Partner closely with the Digital Solutions team to design and implement scalable and self-service solutions for data discovery, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on enhancing accessibility and usability for end-users across the organization.
- Insights Automation: Develop and implement automated processes for delivering actionable insights to stakeholders in a timely manner, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency.
- Storytelling and Communication: Utilize advanced analytical skills, tools, and data visualization techniques to support crafting compelling and data-driven narratives that highlight key trends, insights, and opportunities for action.
- Capability Building: Support efforts to upskill the People team on data interpretation, storytelling, and analytics tools, empowering them to make data-informed decisions and drive meaningful change within their respective areas of responsibility.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our analytical capabilities and drive greater business impact.
FORMAL KNOWLEDGE- BS/BA or equivalent; Focus area or program in Technology and/or Advanced Analytics a strong plus.

SKILLS- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience building scalable and self-service solutions for data discovery and insights delivery.
The starting rate is $78,000 to $100,000 annual. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended.
