$160,000 to $230,000 base salary

About the Role

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of education by building robust data pipelines and data products. You'll work closely with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to unlock the power of data and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and data products using modern tools like DBT, SQL, and Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses and data lakes.
  • Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and monitoring.
  • Build self-service analytics tools and dashboards to empower stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in data engineering and analytics.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and DBT (DBT certification a plus).
  • Experience with data modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase).
  • A solid understanding of data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
