The Role As the Senior Analytics Engineer, you will build data and analytics products that enable faster decision making, data democratization, and self-service functionality. These tools will deliver high-visibility dashboards and data insights to our media and consulting teams that are managing a portfolio of global retail and consumer clients.

- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize marketing performance and key metrics
- Develop custom reports and visualizations to meet internal team and client needs, to support strategic decision-making
- Prioritize design best practices, with a strong focus on user experience
- Perform and document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various marketing platforms and sources
- Ensure scalable data architecture and design
- Review and improve existing systems and collaborate with teams to integrate new systems
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their analytical needs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI systems and reports
Requirements
- 5+ years as a BI Developer, Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar
- Bachelor's Degree or BS or comparable degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Advanced BI development skills and knowledge of interactive data visualization best practices
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases
- Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes
- Experience developing and applying predictive models and other advanced statistical approaches, preferably in a marketing, media, or retail context
- A strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to prioritize immediate needs and create roadmaps for future needs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable and actionable manner
- Competency in Excel for data manipulation
$125,000 - $170,000 a year
