- Create trading applications and services for use by the Municipal Bonds Trading Desk using Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python.
- Participate in a dynamic, self-organizing, technical team environment to collaboratively drive software solutions through an agile software lifecycle.
- Demonstrate excellent communication spanning both technical and business domains.
- Apply benchmarking and performance turning techniques for the improvement of the trading platform's end-to-end performance.
- Work with cross functional groups including business, technology, compliance, legal teams to understand and balance multiple simultaneous cross-competing demands.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Java, Typescript, SQL, Python
- Experience with enterprise tools and technologies including RDMS (Oracle), Message (AMPS), Application framework (Angular, React, OpenShift, Quartz)
- Demonstrated skills on Data Visualization software - preferably Tableau.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills, particularly in the area of strategy development, business analysis, opportunity assessments.
- Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
- Minimum 10 Years experience in Application Development
- Industry experience in a Markets Front-Office Trading environment Java, Typescript
