Title: Senior Application Developer Location: Hybrid, Northeast or Midwest U.S. Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior Application Developer to support and enhance an advanced analytics and attribution platform. This role focuses on leveraging digital tools to align organizational goals with innovative solutions. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust technical frameworks that address complex business challenges. This position is integral to achieving digital transformation objectives and involves both strategic advisory and hands-on technical responsibilities. Responsibilities: Advise on digital transformation strategies to align with organizational objectives. Participate in designing and developing digital transformation roadmaps, including frameworks and standards. Conduct interviews and analyze business processes to define technical requirements. Present and interpret digital solutions for management while fostering seamless implementation. Support daily batch jobs and coordinate across global teams. Develop and implement enhancements based on technical and business needs. Reverse-engineer existing processes to explore alternative solutions. Required Skills: Proficient in relational database technologies, including: SQL expertise (tables, data models, stored procedures, indexes). Strong data analysis capabilities to troubleshoot and compare data across systems. Advanced knowledge of ETL processes, including debugging and building integration solutions. Experience in financial or asset management domains, with familiarity in: Loan and bond instruments. Collateralized loan obligations. Desired Skills: Experience with reporting tools and ecosystems, including: Debugging and reverse-engineering reports. Familiarity with job scheduling tools and repositories for managing workflows.
