We are seeking an experienced Senior Area General Manager - Food for our Healthcare Segment to manage and grow our services within Grady Health System in Atlanta, GA. This is an onsite leadership position and will report to the Client Executive 2 overseeing 14 managers and 200 frontline employees in Food & Nutrition Services at the downtown Grady location and 5 managers and 50 frontline employees in Food & Nutrition and Environmental Services at the Crestview Health & Rehabilitation Center. The successful candidate must have strong operations knowledge, understand labor and food cost, financial acumen, process improvement such as Lean Six Sigma, project management, talent management, communication skills, front-line leadership, in addition to a demonstrated track record of developing strong client relationships.
