Role
As a Senior Assembler (also known as Lead Assembler, Assembly Supervisor), you'll oversee and coordinate the assembly process of various electrical equipment, provide guidance and training to junior assemblers, troubleshoot assembly issues, and assist in the development of assembly procedures. You'll also play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth assembly process and ensuring the overall quality of the finished products.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Equivalent Diploma preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and customer specifications, use a variety of hand/power tools, and lift up to 50lbs using proper lifting techniques.
- Knowledge of system software (i.e. Oracle, MES, True View) to look up parts and drawings.
- Advanced knowledge of single and three-line drawings, including symbols.
- Ability to identify part discrepancies and properly write HFDs for corrections.
- Ability to complete complex engineering changes.
- Self-starter with ability to take on multiple tasks with a drive to succeed.
- Ability to learn and adhere to all manufacturing policies and practices to ensure adherence to ISO requirements.
