For candidates based in NYS, this position pay range is $49,300 - $55,200. Job Summary: The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting managers and executives with daily clerical tasks, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, managing phone calls and emails, greeting clients/customers/guests, and maintaining office organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to manage outside vendors, customers, and guests for preparation of meetings including room scheduling, set up, signage, and meeting minutes. Assist with employee events, community events, etc. Able to work independently and confidently within established procedures. Ability to handle wide range of administrative and support-related tasks involving clerical, administrative function, research, and management. Able to anticipate and solve routine problems. Capable of handling multiple time sensitive assignments simultaneously with strong sense of urgency. Uses discretion, judgement, and knowledge of organization to facilitate day to day activities. Other duties as assigned by management. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 5 - 7 years' work experience.
