This is what #LifeAtBNY is all about.We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Administration and Planning - Strategic Organizational Communications Strategy to join our Global Finance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and will work a Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office required).In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Under the direction of Managers for the business or function supported, undertakes projects of significant impact within the business or function
  • Provides support on moderately complex projects related to budget, business plans, risk-related items, and implementation of processes
  • Reviews project implementation status and provides feedback Project Leads, Planning Consultants or senior managers
  • Makes recommendations to improve project status
  • Conducts advanced research and data analysis to assist with strategic management initiatives
  • Works with the business or function management team to implement and enforce policies, standards, and processes within the business or function
  • Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 4-6 years of experience in financial services or business partner function preferred
  • Experience managing multiple users Outlook calendars
  • Prior experience managing travel and expenses for internal clients
  • Effective verbal and written communication
    • Will be interacting with senior-level stakeholders
  • Proficiency working in Microsoft Office, especially in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
