ShopMy's Affiliate team works with the Creator Success team, and is responsible for overseeing all brands that work with ShopMy in an affiliate-only capacity. Affiliate partners extend ShopMy a commission rate (which creators can access) and facilitate affiliate tracking. Unlike our Brand Partners, these brands are not paying for a monthly package to access our platform's full set of features and white glove service. As a Senior Associate, Affiliate, you'll be a crucial member of our team, managing affiliate activities and maintaining partnerships to drive growth and ensure smooth operations. - Reporting and Analysis: Track paid placements and performance, helping the team to highlight areas for growth and optimization.
- Application and Program Management: Manage affiliate program applications, including follow-up and status tracking.
- Affiliate Program Expansion: Assist in identifying new partnership opportunities and areas for program growth.
- Maintenance and Support: Oversee affiliate communications, ensure tracking, reporting, and payment processes are efficient and accurate.
- Creator Inquiry Investigation: Use knowledge of affiliate networks and partnerships to help collaboratively investigate creator questions about commission and order tracking.
- Commission and Order Tracking: Monitor commission payouts and maintain accuracy in order processing.

- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in marketing or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
