Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1.Relationship Building and Maintenance

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers in the crypto mining, energy, financial, and data center industries.
  • Collaborate closely with internal company teams (e.g., crypto mining, lending, etc) to ensure all relevant parties are kept informed of client activities and progress.
  • Understand clients' business strategies and provide innovative solutions to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Deliver value-added insights specific to the company, helping clients navigate complex market environments and industry trends.

2.Business Development and Client Management

  • Drive client adoption and engagement with the company's solutions (including financing advisory, M&A support, and capital market solutions) through proactive follow-ups and needs analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in finance and capital markets, leveraging the company's unique business strengths to lead strategic conversations with clients.
  • Partner with product teams and financial advisors to ensure company solutions align with client needs and influence product development roadmaps.

3.Strategic Collaboration and Cross-Departmental Cooperation

  • Work with the market analysis, and industry research teams to identify emerging market opportunities and push forward transaction initiatives and capital expansion plans.
  • Serve as a key point of coordination with external strategic partners to ensure comprehensive client service coverage and facilitate the expansion of the company into new markets.

4.Project Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project management, overseeing the entire process from initial client engagement to project execution, ensuring on-time and quality deliverables.
  • Provide strategic oversight and act as an escalation point for issues, ensuring operational and regulatory compliance across the team.
  • Involve in contract and commercial negotiations with key clients, ensuring business terms are aligned with the company's strategic and financial objectives.

Requirements:

1.Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business management, or a related field preferred.

2.Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in financial services or management consulting, with a background in crypto, capital markets or investment banking preferred.

3.Key Skills:

  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with C-suite executives and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve win-win outcomes in complex commercial negotiations and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent decision-making capabilities, able to assess high-pressure situations, identify priorities, and make timely and effective decisions.
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker capable of independently managing client demands and navigating market challenges.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration without direct authority.

4.Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel as required by the business and adaptable to dynamic working conditions.
