ResponsibilitiesRole supports senior leadership by addressing strategic issues, including problem definition and structuring the problem-solving approach, generally where no precedent currently exists. Issues can span several topics and functional areas and ultimately support senior leadership indefinition and attainment of organizational goals. Examples include strategy development, market assessments, facilitating stakeholder collaboration and negotiation, profitability assessments and major implementations/ planning initiatives.
