We are working with a leading international law firm based in New York City for a Senior Associate to join their Corporate team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a reputable Corporate team, managing an array of clients including investment banks, private credit funds, direct lenders and more.

The individual will be experienced in handling private credit transactions, acquisition financing, leveraged buyouts and much more.

Essential Criteria:

• 3+ years' PQE;
• Admitted to New York Bar;
• Strong academic record;
• Excellent time management and organisation skills;
• Negotiation and drafting skills;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Technically excellent.
