Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate Estate Litigation and Commercial Litigation Attorney at Morgan Legal Group P.C. The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling motions, conducting legal research, preparing for depositions, representing clients in court, and providing legal counsel on estate and commercial litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Legal expertise in Estate and Commercial Litigation
• 10+ years experience practicing law in New York State Required
• Proficiency in conducting legal research and preparing motions
• Experience in deposition preparation and court representation
• Excellent knowledge of legal proceedings and court systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Additional certifications or experience in related legal fields is a plus
