Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing role-specific hiring strategies by leveraging:
- Job Postings, Direct Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Referral Networks
- Managing recruiting pipelines and conducting initial screenings of candidates where applicable.
- Engaging with agencies for select roles.
- First line of compensation review and assessment, negotiation of compensation with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Proactively collaborating with senior leaders on hiring plans and role prioritization.

The Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrates the ability to connect with leaders and build successful partnerships.
- Has a proven track record of cost savings through direct sourcing in a scaled talent acquisition model.
- Has experience recruiting across Accounting and Finance, with a strong knowledge of the talent landscape.
- Possesses excellent judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to perform analytical tasks in Excel using pivots and basic formulas.
- Remains focused on the big picture.
- Has the potential to manage direct reports, and engage with junior colleagues in a mentor capacity .
- Positive can do attitude, but the judgement to manage expectations appropriately.
