This group provides consumer insights that inform products, services, experiences and marketing strategies for our credit card and adjacent businesses, including acquiring new customers and engaging existing customers. In this role, you will support multiple cross-functional business and marketing teams by developing, executing and supporting high impact Learning Agendas via research vendors and DIY research platforms. How our hybrid model works This role is hybrid meaning associates typically spend about half their time (2-3 days per week) in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting . Monday and Fridays are enterprise- wide virtual work days . Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas. To do this you will Lead research to support product development and go-to-market strategies and tactics, including the optimization of marketing communications Leverage a network of research suppliers and employ DIY survey approaches to execute studies Present and socialize insights to business partners that drive business decisions Actively seek and evaluate new approaches for unearthing insights Maintain a network with internal business partners to identify research needs and share insights Effectively integrate primary research, customer data, secondary sources and marketplace intelligence in select analyses to tell holistic stories This role may require occasional travel. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience At least 2 years of experience in a marketing research or consumer insights role on the vendor or corporate side At least 2 years of experience executing research projects, both qualitative and quantitative At least 1 year of experience analyzing results from statistical modeling At least two years of experience in Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications At least 2 years of financial services experience Experience with Prodege, Pollfish or Qualtrics research platforms Experience in SQL, Tableau, SPSS or STATA At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
