**What** **You'll** **Do** **:**
+ Conduct discovery throughresearch andcollaborationwithmarketing leaders andcorporatepartners(e.g., HR, Corporate Communications)todeterminethe capabilities, skills, and growth opportunities neededto help the department achieve itsbusiness planandobjectives.Deeply understand the current state ofthe department'sculture, what is working, and where enhancements can be madeto continue fostering a positive and engaging environment for both in-office and remote employees.
+ Clearly articulate discoveryinsights, and use findings to pitchboth 'industry-norm'and 'out-of-the-box' ideas formarketing specificprograms, tactics, and outcomesthat the departmentcanimplement(for both in-office and remote employees)to promoteaspects such as(but not limited to):team building;employee recognition and rewards;engagement activities;educational,skill-building,and learningopportunities;certifications; employee well-being.
+ With the support frompeers and leaders, createand own thedevelopment, implementation,and evolution of a roadmap that drives allprograms, tactics, and outcomesto fruition, accounting for measurable outcomes, feedback loops, andongoingengagement/collaboration with partners. This may additionally include directlyfacilitatingor partneringwith subject matter experts to host workshops, learning sessions, and training opportunities to build business, technical, creative, and leadership skills within the department.
+ With the support from peers and leaders, developandmaintaina comprehensive communicationand messagingstrategytoeffectivelyand consistentlycascade key informationthroughoutthedepartmentto provide thenecessary context to enhance decision-makingandcollaboration.This will require close collaboration withpeers,executive marketing leaders and key stakeholders across thedepartment andcompany.
+ Administerkeyfunctionalprotocolsthat arecritical to ensuringthe department operatesinanefficientand smoothmanner.Activities may include(but are not limited to):drafting emailannouncements;technology set up for large meetings;agenda creation;deck facilitation.
**What** **You'll** **Bring** **:**
+ Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
+ Minimum 5 years of relevantexperience inMarketing, Human Resources,and/ororganizational development
+ Prior experience and/or proven interest in employee upskilling and/or implementation of educational/engagement programs is strongly preferred.
+ Strongcollaboration and teamworkskills (internal employees and third-party partner resources).
+ Strong written and verbal communications, especiallyregardingpublic speaking,email communications,and PowerPoint presentation.
+ Ability to work cross-functionally andpartner with business leaders toinfluence at all levels of the organization.
+ Self-starter, process orientated, problem solver, ability to manage multipleeffortsand balance work strategically.
+ Strongorganizationskills and ability to prioritize work in a deadline driven environment.Detail-oriented isa must.
+ Proficiencyin using digital tools and platforms for virtual events and communications.

**Pay Transparency**

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
