POSITION: Senior Associate, PE Secondaries - NYC
General Responsibilities:
- Working on all aspects of the investment process from sourcing, due diligence, to the execution of PE secondary transactions, including GP-led deals, LP secondaries and single-asset continuation vehicles
- Preparing detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses and investment memos
- Valuation analysis and financial modeling of portfolio companies and funds
- Monitoring existing investments
- Assisting with fundraising efforts and other strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience, ideally with at least 1-2 years of buyside experience at a secondaries fund
