Senior Associate - Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled senior associate automation test engineer to join our Technology QA team. This role requires experience and knowledge in how to develop test framework, test cases, set the standards and lead varied test teams in all aspects of automation for both web and mobile applications.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and develop automation framework and test scripts to validate the functionality, accuracy, and efficiency of software.
  • Develop tests, test suites, execution protocols for CI/CD.
  • Analyze test results: Review test results to identify areas of improvement.
  • Identify, analyze and implement automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to create automation strategies and deployment processes.
  • Maintain testing frameworks and ensure software reliability and performance.
  • Support and perform manual testing to identify defects and resolution as early in the development life cycle as possible.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in QA, automation tools, and testing methodologies.

What You'll Bring:

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test.
  • Proficiency in TestNG, Selenium and Jenkins and TDD frameworks.
  • 5+ years of experience with automating mobile applications and Web applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to work closely with development, QA and product owner teams.
  • Excellent organization and documentation skills, analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable individual with the ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with JIRA, Postman and PractiTest applications.
  • Experience leading automation projects.
  • Experience with mabl tool and Saucelabs a plus.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $102,500-$175,000

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
