Job Title: Senior Associate, Systems Engineer (Rochester, NY) Job Code: 15252 Job Location: Rochester, NY Job Description: Support all aspects of proposal development and delivery Analyze detailed requirements from external customers and end users Work with subject matter experts to develop compliant technical solutions Prepare detailed proposal plans, win strategies, schedules, outlines and compliance matrices Manage cost estimation efforts and assist with estimate development Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or related field Preferred Skills: Coursework and/or experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration and/or project management, and/or model-based systems engineering Previous experience with proposals In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $60,000 - $111,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
