Application deadline for this position is December 25, 2024 The Senior Botanical Garden Attendant Guard supervises all reporting personnel in Attendant Guard roles. This position performs typical duties of an Attendant Guard. Enforces the rules and regulations of the New York Botanical Garden. Responds and implements emergency procedures and notifies NYBG staff when necessary. Assists in the training and orientation of new staff. Additionally, this position supports, through actions and conduct, NYBGs Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility initiatives and helps to build and maintain an inclusive organization culture throughout the institution. Specific Duties & Responsibilities. Supervise attendant guards and other appropriate personnel; prepares and implements personnel post assignments.
