Senior Attorney - Construction/Labor Law (Portables Not Required)

Leading defense firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with Construction Litigation/Labor Law experience to join their thriving Manhattan office. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of litigation experience. Portables are not required for Partner or Counsel level candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Handle cases from inception to resolution including preparation of pleadings, motion practice, taking and defending depositions and trial work
• Independently manage a caseload
• Make court appearances
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Construction/Labor Law experience
• Strong knowledge of (NYS Labor Law 200, 240, 241)
• Trial experience
• Licensed to practice in NY

Base Salary 180k-250k (DOE)+ Excellent Bonus & Benefits. Hybrid work schedule.
