Job Description

• Experience in New York State and federal courts handling the defense of product liability, personal injury, and professional malpractice actions

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience, preferably in torts
• Licensed to practice in New York State
• Superior verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work directly with clients and develop and execute service strategies
