Senior/ Partner Level Attorney

Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Partner Level Attorney to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Draft substantive complaints, motions, oppositions, correspondence, and other pleadings for contested matters.
- Draft and respond to interrogatories, subpoenas, and document requests.
- Draft estate planning documents, including but not limited to wills, revocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies, and irrevocable life insurance trusts.
- Implement strategies to increase profitability and firm performance.
- Act as the senior partner on matters.
- Represent the firm at internal and external events.
Qualifications:
- A law degree from an accredited university is required.
- A license to practice law in New York State is a must.
- Must have a portable book of business.
- Strong research and writing skills are required.
