The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal issues involved in these areas, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities Of The Position Include
- Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on a variety of land use, litigation, and commercial law matters
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Representing clients in court and before administrative agencies
- Investigating and researching legal issues
- Preparing legal memoranda and briefs
Qualifications For The Position Include
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- At least 7 years of experience in land use, tax, litigation, and commercial law
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
