We are seeking a talented and experienced Automation Test Engineer. This is a highly technical role that requires expertise in automated testing, a deep understanding of testing methodologies, and the ability to mentor and guide other engineers in achieving the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Software Engineers and Architects to assess and set code and path coverage targets for automated testing
- Use tooling like testomat.io, or similar, to help provide visibility into code and path coverage metrics
- Working with QA, Engineering and Product Management assess and set test coverage targets for all test types
- Define Testing strategies suitable for the software and services under test
- Familiarity in testing microservice container-based SaaS solutions
- Assess and provide recommendations to Software Engineering to improve the testability of resulting code product
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
- Six or more years of experience in Test Engineering roles.
- Strong technical background in automation and infrastructure as code.
- Experience leading and mentoring engineers.
- Strong ability to explain deep technical concepts to all levels of experience.
- Fluency in a scripting language such as Python.
- Excellent collaboration with a broad range of functional areas.

- Postman/Newman
- GHA Git Hub Actions
- Working with Agile
- Various testing approaches (White/Grey/Black box, etc...)
- Understands Functional Testing, Unit Testing, and Static Analysis process
- OWASP Verification
- Testing experience with various end points (Mobile, Browser, API, Cloud, etc. )
- Azure DevOps
Work Location Hybrid. Remote first with occasional travel to attend team planning meetings and similar events.
