Finding the right match for this role is a critical aspect of continuing that success.OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Senior B2B Sales Executive with 6-8 years of experience selling consulting services to Fortune 100-500 companies. The ideal candidate will have an established track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships in a highly competitive market. This role is instrumental in expanding our market presence, focusing on acquiring new greenfield clients, and establishing Sand Cherry Associates as a go-to partner for top-tier consulting services. This role is remote, however it will require travel to meet with the leadership team in Denver, CO and also will require occasional travel throughout the U.S. for client meetings. Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a strong focus on acquiring new greenfield clients within the Fortune 100-500 sector with a primary focus on large Program Management roles. Establish new clients within 3 months of hire and continue to acquire new clients each quarter thereafter.
- Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a comprehensive lead list by identifying potential clients, researching key decision-makers, and employing strategic outreach methods. Continuously expand your network to generate new leads and identify opportunities.
- Sales Materials: Create and develop compelling sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and case studies, tailored to meet the needs of potential clients and effectively communicate the value of our consulting services.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Strategic Selling: Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the unique needs and challenges of each client, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business objectives and aligning our consulting services accordingly.
- Consultative Approach: Utilize a consultative sales approach to diagnose client needs, present tailored solutions, and drive complex sales cycles from initial engagement to closing.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities to effectively position Sand Cherry's services and drive competitive advantages.
- Collaboration with Account Director: Work closely with the assigned Account Director to build a team of resources for each sales engagement. Ensure the team delivers high-quality output and fosters long-term relationship building with clients.
- Partnership with Resourcing Team: Collaborate with the Resourcing team to align project delivery with client expectations and ensure that the necessary resources are in place for successful engagement execution.
- Revenue and Margin Goals: Ensure sales are structured to meet or exceed appropriate revenue and margin goals. Develop strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining high service quality and client satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasting, providing regular updates to the Managing Director and contributing to strategic planning.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 6+ years experience in B2B sales, specifically selling consulting services in the healthcare industry. Senior level sales leadership experience needed. Proven success metrics in driving revenue growth, managing large-scale, complex sales processes, and acquiring new greenfield clients.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the consulting services industry, including current trends, challenges, and best practices.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to identify, build, and sustain high-level relationships with C-suite executives and senior level decision-makers.
- Lead Generation: Proven record of generating and managing a robust lead list, employing various strategies and tools to identify, reach and close new clients.
- Sales Materials: Experience in creating and developing sales materials to support business development and enhance client engagement. Experience building pitch decks, contracts, and RFP responses is a must.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to craft and implement effective sales strategies tailored to engage new clients and drive revenue.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively.
- Negotiation Skills: Advanced negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing multi-faceted sales contracts.
- Tools: Demonstrated ability to successfully utilize Salesforce, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and any other related tools or software.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
Compensation:The compensation package will include a mix of salary, commission, and a range of additional financial and wellness benefits (eg.401k, health benefits, profit share and PTO). The performance-based incentives will align with sales targets and company goal achievements and may adjust annually.
