The Impact You'll Have As a Backend API Developer, you will be responsible for building scalable and performant web applications that provide exceptional user experiences. You will work on the back-end components of our software solutions, especially API services You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software products and be passionate for creating scalable and efficient software solutions. Our ideal candidate will immediately provide value by: + Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable API services to support our applications. + Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. + Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. + Implement data storage solutions and ensure the reliability and performance of database queries. + Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. + Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team. + Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, data processing, caching, cloud deployment, distributed computing, and API development. Please note that equity may also be included in our total package, depending on role and level. $130,000 - $175,000 a year Compensation determined based on experience and qualifications.
