This is an office/hybrid position based out of our Louisville, KY office. What the Role Is The Senior Brand Analyst supports Brand Team(s) and other FP&A Team Members by performing business analysis of our legacy and international brand portfolios. This position will be responsible for providing financial analysis and commercial insights; coordinating with operations, production, and capacity planning; and leading other analysis projects bringing together multiple subject matter expert's from different teams & departments. How You Will Spend Your Time?
- Support the assigned brand(s) in budgeting, forecasting, commercial & customer insights, business analysis & coordination of large scale projects
- Co-Management of brand P&Ls with the brand and international teams
- Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for assigned brands
- Be the financial thought-partner for brand teams
- Assist/lead commercial analytics for brands
- Help coordinate large scale projects in tandem with appropriate brand partner(s)
- Evaluation of brand investment effectiveness (ROI)
- Preparation of business cases to support brand-related commercial decisions
- Preparation of commercial and strategic reviews relating to the brand as well as other ad hoc senior management/stakeholder presentations
- Tracking and management of brand Advertising & Promotion (A&P) and SAB budgets, in conjunction with brand marketing team
- Plans, directs, and conducts analyses and provides business-oriented performance insights
- Effectively communicate results to clients (both written & verbal) across the organization to facilitate decision making process
- Develop and maintain long-term forecasts for supported brands including inventory analysis
Who You Are...
- Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field (accounting, marketing, finance, economics, business administration, etc.)
- Minimum three (3) years' business analysis experience in the CPG industry, specifically in both Commercial/Consumer and Financial analysis
- Strong business financial acumen
- Ability to work in matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
- Understanding and ability to link multiple data-sets
- Understanding of financial business concepts.
- Ability to coordinate resources together even when not the subject matter expert of a particular area.
- Some travel may be required for this position.

- Nielsen/IRI Work
- Direct experience building reports in Power BI
