Reporting to the Executive Director - Brand Leadership, the Senior Brand Leader partners with various Olberding Brand Family teams to support our clients in helping to market the brands they produce, and consumers have come to love. The right candidate must be able to lead and manage day-to-day requests while working directly with clients for some of America's favorite CPG brands. Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure that the client needs are delivered on brief, aligned with brand standards, within budget and in assigned timeline
- Strong contributor to account supervision with management of company procedures, ability to identify and influence areas of improvement within project workflow and partner with creatives to deliver strategic opportunities to grow the business
- Demonstrate mastery of project management skills in creating, monitoring and tracking projects
- Create estimates
- Maintain accurate schedules and budget records
- Track project versus budget
- Process billing to our internal finance department
- Demonstrate strong business writing skills and develop the ability to write the following documents with minimal to no edits: conference reports, status reports, research summaries, competitive analysis
- Demonstrate understanding of client's business and competitive landscape
- Build client communication skills and demonstrates professionalism in all aspects of client interaction
- Serve as a role model and mentor
Qualifications Include:
- BS or BA in Marketing, Advertising, or similar degree preferred
- 8+ years' experience branding, advertising or marketing
- Consumer product company knowledge or experience
- Agency experience preferred
- Proficient level in Microsoft Office software
