Senior BSA Analyst

Job Description:
A global banking organization is seeking a BSA Manager in NYC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BSA compliance and be able to effectively manage and enhance the bank s BSA Compliance Program.
- This position is on-site 5 days a week
- Salary: 100-130k + bonus
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Bank s BSA Compliance Program to ensure it remains fully compliant.
- Revise and update the Bank s BSA policy and procedures in response to regulatory changes or examination results.
- Create and manage the Bank s Customer Identification, Customer Due Diligence, Enhanced Due Diligence, and Customer Risk Rating Programs.
- Implement directives from the Board of Directors and ensure all employees comply with relevant policies, procedures, and processes.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the BSA and related regulations, as well as the Bank s products, services, customer base, entities, and geographic locations, including the associated money laundering and terrorist financing risks.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in BSA compliance within the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of BSA regulations and related compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
- Ability to develop and manage comprehensive compliance programs.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to implement board directives and ensure adherence to policies.
