Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 5 years of experience in residential construction or project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Some experience with estimating
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with Marks System
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction standards.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
