DescriptionSenior Business AnalystKAI Partners is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst. This role is responsible for researching, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data related to private and public sector markets, business operations, industry and technology best practices and innovations, and other information related to client and client-centric problems and issues. Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Conduct qualitative, quantitative, analytical, and logical analytical processes to deliver assessments and reports to support solutioning for customers and partner organizations.Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define, document, and validate processes and rules that align with business objectives.Utilize multiple platforms and tools to conduct intermediate to advanced analysis to tell compelling stories to key stakeholders to support effective decision-making. Support other internal programs' analysis and reporting needs and existing client relationships. Gather, clean, and keep the currency and integrity of data sets, including customer relationships, in preparation for analyses. Investigate, examine, and analyze relevant business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action. Leverage data tools such as Excel, Access, HubSpot, Tableau, and Power BI to design compelling data visualizations and presentations for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.Produce reports to support the development of proposals and statements of work for projects. Maintain or update business intelligence databases, dashboards, and systems. Maintain a library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets. Assist with service requests to ensure division success and growth.Contribute regularly to continuous improvements of the organization. Maintain and distribute performance reports, including solutions opportunity pipeline and project status and progress dashboards at required intervals. Exercise discretion and independent judgment on responsibilities and assignments. Accurately report contract hours in compliance with company guidelines. Maintain a high level of professionalism in accordance with the company's guiding principles, standards, and ethics. Maintain current knowledge of new technologies and methodologies.Charter internal projects, client projects, and community involvement initiatives.Perform other duties, as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Comfortable presenting data to clients. Driven, self-starter with strong customer, communication, influence, leadership, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while keeping a positive attitude and supplying exemplary customer service. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices under general supervision. Ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, changing environment as well as manage multiple tasks, deliverables, and projects with minimal supervision. Work/Education Experience: Bachelor's degree (Preferred). Minimum 8 years of experience in research and/or business analysis Project management experience (Preferred) Thorough understanding and application skills in Microsoft Visio and Project.Compensation Range: $85,000 - $120,000The salary range for this role may vary depending on the specific geographic location where this position is ultimately filled. Several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, certifications, pay equity, and organizational needs, are considered when determining the posted salary range.
