POSITION

The Senior Business Analyst will serve as the primary day to day contact for Oracle Cloud EPM. Strong collaboration and communication with business partners in Finance and Technology on EPM matters pertaining to budgeting/forecasting, monthly close, business analysis, and financial reporting.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to end-users, addressing their system usage questions and resolving any issues they encounter.
  • Build and modify application forms, business rules, and reports as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Partner with our Accounting, IT, and FP&A teams to support our user base and ensure seamless integration and operation.
  • Support the annual budgeting process, forecasting, and monthly reporting of consolidated financial data to our parent company.
  • Maintain test and production system environments; rigorously test improvements to systems to ensure flawless performance.
  • Update systems documentation, including crafting comprehensive end-user guides and system administrator guides.
  • Lead end-user training sessions as needed, ensuring all users are well-equipped to apply the system effectively.
  • Monitor daily scheduled systems jobs and troubleshoot errors to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Upload data from various source systems and validate results to maintain data integrity.
  • Archive system data and monitor backup processes to ensure data security and availability.
  • Maintain metadata in EDMCS, including departments, accounts, custom attributes, and associated member formulas, to keep our data organized and accessible.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of process improvement experience, particularly involving the use of technology.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
  • At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Planning and Budgeting (PCMCS).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Java and Groovy scripting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Process Design.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Requirements Analysis.
  • Experience in Systems Implementation is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated capability to effectively collaborate, provide consultation, and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to seek innovative solutions and be diligent.
  • Motivated, self-reliant, and flexible in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling and budgeting techniques.
  • Outstanding organization and planning skills are essential.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills are a must.
