OverviewJST is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Acquisition Systems) to join our team. This is a full-time Onsite position with potential hybrid/remote work at Defense Health Agency (DHA) offices in San Diego, California. This position is contingent upon contract award.The Senior Business Analyst (Acquisition Systems) shall be professional in demeanor, appearance, and deportment. Employees shall be responsive. The Senior Business Analyst (Acquisition Systems) may be required to interface with senior Government and industry officials. Personnel shall have excellent written and oral communications skills sufficient to provide clear concise communication and documentation. Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project as well as with Adobe Acrobat.Senior Business Analyst ResponsibilitiesSkilled in the procurement business process.Extensive knowledge within the DoD procurement systems and performing process improvement, business analytics, gap analysis, corrective actions, standard operation procedures (SOP) development, and/or Policy development, Project Management, Estimation, and PlanningUse IT systems functional analysis, requirements design, test development, and test execution.Demonstrate knowledge of the software development lifecycle.Strong written and oral communication skills.Experience in working both independently and with a team to solve problems.Self-starter with initiative and aptitude to quickly learn and put new skills to use.Experience working in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings to facilitate and support the contract requirements.Knowledge or understanding in preparing and presenting systems training to users.Senior Business Analyst QualificationsRequires a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Business.
