This role focuses on analyzing business problems, identifying gaps, and developing technical solutions for complex information systems with minimal supervision. The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a bridge between the client and IT teams, ensuring successful project execution through all phases while delivering high-quality solutions in the healthcare domain.Duties:Collaborate with customers to present technical solutions for complex business functionalities.Lead client demos, presentations, and provide day-to-day direction on State program activities.Prioritize and schedule work assignments in alignment with the project plan, managing multiple tasks across various project phases.Create and modify Business Process Models, ensuring alignment with business needs.Understand the overall system architecture and cross-functional integration, ensuring seamless execution.Ensure high-quality deliverables.Develop white papers and contribute to the Business Analysis practice by sharing key insights and technological points of view.Use cases, workflow diagrams, and gap analysis to create and modify requirements documents and design specifications.Analyze user requirements and client business needs, offering expert insights and solutions.Act as the requirements subject matter expert (SME) and manage requirements change processes.Mandatory Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of business analysis experience OR Master's degree with 5+ years of business analysis experience.5+ years of experience working on large, complex projects, particularly in the Medicare/Medicaid or healthcare verticals.3+ years of experience as a Lead Business Analyst on large-scale projects.Strong knowledge of Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), specifically around Provider Enrollment and related subsystems.Demonstrated expertise in requirements elicitation, validation, and documentation processes.Experience facilitating JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions, design requirements sessions, and workshops.Excellent customer relations skills, including presentation, meeting facilitation, and managing client expectations.Desirable Skills/Experience:Background in Medicare/Medicaid with a deep understanding of healthcare systems and processes.Knowledge of Business Analysis Process (SDLC, documentation procedures) and strong technical/database knowledge.Experience with business analysis methodologies and practices across large-scale healthcare projects.Cloud and Things complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding recruitment and hiring.
