Growing and highly stable company has an immediate need for a Senior Business Analyst on a direct hire basis. In this role, you will work as a key part of the software development lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders, understanding applications inside and out, gathering requirements, evaluating current business processes, collaborating for QA / UAT, looking at data/SQL, and more. This is a top company offering highly competitive salaries, bonus, PTO, and much more. This is a hybrid work environment and some in-office work in Atlanta is required per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience working within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• 5+ years' of experience in business analysis, systems and software applications, SQL, requirement gathering, leading groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Not eligible to sponsor / no sponsorship.
• MUST live in Georgia (Atlanta area).
