Title:Sr. Business AnalystLocation:Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid 3/2)Duration:6 Months+Compensation- $60/hr - $75/hrWork Requirements:US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.Sr. Business AnalystJob Description:As a Business Analyst, you will directly report to the Lead Business Analyst within the SPARK Modernization Program.The Business Analyst provides business teams with a high quality and consistent level of proactive and professional IT service, in an effort to maintain the technology needs that run their businesses. You will work to create and maintain positive business relationships that bolster open communication, reliability, trust, and service loyalty. The work in the Program will be varied and complex, requiring initiative and judgment.Key Responsibilities:Document business and system processes and business requirements in story formatBuild and maintain relationships with corporate stakeholdersStudy, understand and document User Stories, business processes, non-functional requirements, system capabilities, customization, integration, process design and system implementationsPerform requirements gathering / clarifications with technical team, leveraging agile techniquesCollaborate with external and internal stakeholders and vendors to analyze business needs and work with teams on solutionsWork with implementation partners to ensure a smooth project / product teams go live(s)Lead assigned initiatives.Communicate status, issues or risks to management and stakeholdersCollaborate with technology teams, business teams, vendors and subject matter experts to perform daily activitiesServe as the conduit between the business partners and the technical team through triage, research, requirements, testing, and supportBe accountable for properly following all IT standards, processes and methodologies as applicable including but not limited to Quality Assurance (QA), Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC)Cross-training to learn applications across the assigned Business Unit application portfolioLearn the processes and tools needed to perform the role effectivelyAccountable for managing and delivering the support requests for assigned Business Unit. This includes the planning, troubleshooting, solving, and communicating of a variety of requests, incidents, and problems independently within multiple areasIdentify the business impact of system issues and facilitate communication as appropriate to stakeholdersPerform on-call responsibilities including sometimes nights, holidays and weekendsEngage and communicate with senior management as appropriateJob Requirements:5years as Business Analyst working on projects or product teams; leveraging different methodologiesExperience with end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover & reportingProven ability to provide business analysis and/or system development/configuration deliverables related to process improvementExperience with Software and Systems development life cycleAbility to produce Business Requirements/User Stories and working knowledge of working with QA Resources in coming up with the test casesAbility to produce SOP documents and be a change agent in getting those produced SOPs adopted by Business and IT UsersBe willing to participate in On-call rotation and perform validation of applicationsLeading the triage of Issue resolution and communicate effectively with both Business and IT teamsMaintaining a calming demeanor in fast moving situationsCertifications like CBAP etc. preferredOur benefits package includes:Comprehensive medical benefitsCompetitive pay401(k) retirement plan and much more!About INSPYR SolutionsTechnology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
