We're looking for a results-driven Senior Business Analyst to join Amazon PV's Global Operations, Planning & Analysis team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking insights and Voice of Customer input from marketing and business teams, finance, HR, strategy, product, and tech to develop and own insights, planning, and reporting mechanisms for Amazon PV & Amazon MGM Studios.
This individual has proficiency in employing analytical insights, strong business operations fundamentals and high judgment. This individual will also provide thought leadership against future modeling capabilities and programs that enable the acceleration of revenue growth, improved operational efficiencies & delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for using operational, marketing, and human capital data and leveraging tools and expertise to map enterprise strategies into actionable delivery plans. You will influence data driven business decisions that result in quantifiable outcomes, understanding complex business relationships, and developing a correlation between your work and PV's P&L.
The ideal candidate has a strong sense of ownership, is self-driven and loves to break new ground. You will bring a mix of experience including complex global product management, senior stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, operational planning, and process improvement. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
