This individual must be business consumer focused and carries advanced BA skills in Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Twilio, Marketing Cloud, SaaS technologies their API's and Integrations.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to shape our B2C Team that develops technology delivering on critical commercial/consumer stakeholder focused business outcomes. You will be key in ensuring continuous development excellence, high-level business user and consumer satisfaction, and ultimately help us achieve our mission.

To succeed in this role, you MUST have:

Been a part of an Agile BA-DEV team responsible for technologies such as Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Twilio, Marketing Cloud, SaaS technologies their API's and Integrations for 3 to 5 years – THIS IS KEY!

Sr. BA experience with complex, multi-system integrations and deep understanding of API technologies and interfaces

Excellent Analytical and Communication skills to articulate business pain points and translate them to actionable user stories and mapped flows using Jira, Confluence, Miro etc. – in process, you will up-skill all users to become proficient in mapping methodologies using allowable tools

Superior listening, critical thinking and writing skills. You are expected to take complex, disparate ideas and distill them into simple, workable concepts by asking the right / tough questions! — The big answers almost never come from one source (or one application); strong Application Portfolio and Software Management will go a long way.

Manage discussions with business users and DEV on requirements before, during and after project implementation to support cross-departmental initiatives in process driven environments

Create and maintain technical documentation, test cases and knowledge-based articles to document new projects/programs, daily operations, or commonly faced issues

A Proactive communication style in and outside the DevOps Team with good time management and organizational skills with oversight on multiple initiatives– You will work on projects with competing deadlines!

A good technical aptitude with an ability to take direction and lead as and when necessary

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and drive requirement elicitation initiatives across your stakeholder groups.

An ability to contribute constructively to open discussions and being able to work with competing ideas to achieve project success with approved ideas

Understanding of change management principles to guide teams through process transformations and overcome resistance

This role is expected to function as per the Eastern Time Zone in USA and the candidate could be remote with ad hoc in office presence for key meetings / ceremonies

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, Six Sigma, Lean, PMP) can be a plus.

6+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, business analysis, or operations management.

Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, or Agile. Certification in these methodologies can demonstrate expertise.

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing projects. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is essential.
